MCAofGA Event Guidelines
Professional certified trainers are available at all camp sessions. Although a physical is not needed to attend the camp, each camper must be covered by his parent's medical insurance. If your son is injured and needs to be taken to Emergency Room, we will attempt to contact you first. If we are unable to contact you immediately, your child's safety is our first concern and he will be taken to the proper medical facility.
Pre-approved print, online, and broadcast media will be permitted access to the event. Any other media, video, or film crews requesting access to the academy must receive written consent from the Minority Coaches Association of Georgia's PR Manager PRIOR to check in. No exceptions. Those not granted the privilege of obtaining field passes/access must stay behind all ropes, fencing, and other barriers that are in place for the event. Those that do not have thus said consent are also required to stay off the field during camp activities.
The safety of our players are of utmost importance at the Minority Coaches Association of Georgia camp. All media including approved television crews and photographers are required to stay in their designated areas. This is for the safety of our campers and the media as well. These actions will allow the Minority Coaches Association of Georgia to continue providing well organized and safe camps for all involved.
