The Minority Coaches Association of Georgia (MCAofGA) is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization established to increase the knowledge and development of minority coaches by building character, leadership qualities, time management skills, and professionalism through athletics.  

Student-Athletes 
Our program's mission is to improve students' academic achievement rates consciously, increase high school graduation rates, and increase student opportunities in the 3 "E's." College Enrollment, Enlistment in the military, and Employment in the workforce.

MCAofGA is devoted to improving literacy, reducing high school dropout rates, and increasing students' college preparedness and scholarship attainment through athletics.
