Vendors
Several times each year, the Minority Coaches Association of Georgia hosts various coaching conferences. These conferences attract coaches from all over the Southeast by scheduling high profile coaches as guest speakers. Some of the coaches that have spoken at MCAofGA events include Nick Saban (Alabama), Kirby Smart (Georgia), Gus Malzhan (Auburn), Mike Neu (Ball State), Butch Jones (Tennessee), Joker Phillips (Kentucky), Trent Miles (Georgia State), Paul Johnson (Georgia Tech), Larry Porter (Memphis), Larry Fedora (UNC), Mike Sanford (Western Kentucky), Bill Clark (UAB), Willie Fritz (Tulane), Dino Babers (Syracuse), Mark Richt (UGA), Neal Brown (Troy), Kevin Sumlin (Texas A&M), Jim McElwain (Florida) and many more from the ranks of college football, and 2014's MCAofGA Basketball Coaches Clinic featured Mark Fox (Georgia), Michael Curry (Florida Atlantic), Mark Byington (Georgia Southern), Jerod Haase (Alabama-Birmingham), and Maurice Smith (Georgia College and State University). If your target audience is high school coaches, there is no better place, no better value, than an MCAofGA event.
At all MCAofGA events, Booth Rentals are $500.00 per company.
Vendor Booth Confirmation
Booth location will be confirmed one week prior to the conference. Each booth will receive two badges to cover all sessions. ONLY certified representatives of the vendors are entitled to use these two badges. All personnel attending this conference must be listed on the contract. Please note: Sporting Goods Reps not exhibiting are not permitted to register as coaches. Notify the MCAofGA if any unregistered reps plan to attend the conference.
Vendor Space and Location
Vendor space will be approximately 8' x 10'. We reserve the right to assign booths. All booth locations will be in heavily trafficked areas of the conference. One 6' table, chairs, and a vendor identification sign will be provided. (Please indicate on the appropriate form how you would like your sign to read.) When the conference director receives your forms, he will forward you more detailed information.
Vendor Door Prizes
Door prizes must be approved by the Clinic Director.
Note
There is a $50.00 discount if vendor participates in multiple conferences and a $50.00 discount for multiple booths at any single conference.
